This sounds like the kind of thing that could bring RSS back to life. I'm cautiously optimistic, but it seems like it turns RSS into something every normal Chrome user will have contact with, and that's promising.
Google doing RSS... Let me guess, their RSS will have ads soon.
Are there any limitations currently that are preventing you from serving ads over RSS? I could see this being useful. Like if I want to be notified when the new raspberry pi n+1 is being released
Google will kill this in about a year, if that. They'll realize they actually don't want anything to do with RSS again.
That's exciting, I discovered feedly year, then moved to using newsblur as an rss reader... since then I've become quite enamored with RSS lately
Guess this is Android only for now. No desktop. No iOS.
