I'm glad they published the strong null hypothesis result! Too often only the higher-impact positive results get published.
Here in the Midwestern US, if you ask for Tylenol they're going to give you acetaminophen. There's caffeinated Tylenol for headache relief, and anything containing codeine is going to be prescription-only. But a lot of people only seem to know the brand names - Tylenol, essentially, means acetaminophen, Motrin or Advil are ibuprofen, Sudafed for pseudoephedrine, Claritin for loratadine, etc. I will admit that the names developed by the marketing departments are easier to communicate, spell, and remember than those developed by organic chemists...
