It's heavily advertised and available in every drug store in Japan (you don't even need to go to pharmacies!).

Pretty sure bufferin is aspirin, not paracetamol.

Some versions contain Aspirin, other contain Paracetamol like this one: https://www.bufferin.net/products/premiumdx.htm and they all use the same brand name
