Tell HN: Updated Safari in iPadOS 15 may lose you all of your open tabs

Had just lost hundreds of tabs that were not in any group simply by reopening the app after a website glitched. They were my mind’s cache of sorts, some of them were open for months, and there’s no way to restore them now. Tabs groups are cool, but I’d rather have a rock solid browser that Safari used to be.

Could be worth waiting for a few patch releases.
