But it was never meant to be. I think people need to know that the US Government has something they call the Disposition Matrix: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disposition_Matrix. My own summary won't do it justice, go and read it for yourself. But basically, it's a kill-list, U.S. citizens are on it, and it uses metadata to designate potential targets.
It really shook the faith and confidence I have in my government. How can I be a patriot when my own government thinks an assassination database is "legally and morally sound"? It should never have been made. I have no doubt the Disposition Matrix was involved in the discussion in the main article. But what can be done about it?
