Blockchain technology that provides an environment of security, transparency, and independence is the miracle innovation that applies in all areas of life activities. This is an opportunity that Africa is seizing to make the transition and catch up with the deadlines while being consistent with the standards that prevail in order to reach the pinnacle of technological excellence. The SimbCity-SimbCoin Swap project, a Context-Need solution, is a lantern for the economic option that will bring to life the African vision in two sectors: real estate and finance.
SimbCity impacts the real state sector by being an affordable luxury real estate project, in an African context that is lagging behind in infrastructure, because of the neglect of the under-exploited ecotourism potential for most of our countries.
Additionally, it also impacts the African financial sector. Barriers to cross-border financial transactions impose a crucial economic recession involving an obligation of vertical and timidly horizontal trade relations. Backed by the future of the financial structure, SimbCoin cryptocurrency comes up with an incremental, yet smart, functional transaction model that boosts the economic return of a potential initiative by 100, or 10,000 if it is duplicated.
It is therefore in a circumstantial harmony between systemic evolution and sustainable prosperity that we come to present the concrete in terms of SimbCity and SimbCoin Swap.
