Show HN: Molecular Dynamics in the Browser

It's weird that n is the "volume" of the molecules, I expected it to be the number of molecules.

You must add some effect when the mouse moves while pressed and it affects the molecules. The effect is too subtle and difficult to notice.

I got nice results enabling the (vertical) velocity color, and then making a lot of circles while the mouse is pressed.
