Concessions not required - they simply need to adjust to the new reality. It is bad for their business because it is preventing apples users from accessing the banned content, and of course monetarily from any lost sales opportunities that remain for that app on the app store.
The same reason Microsoft changed their business strategy in the late 1990s. If Apple keeps it up, they will be split up.
Keep what up? The court ruled that they don’t have a monopoly, and that Epic was in breach of contract. Apple didn’t do anything wrong except the steering clause.
