I'm still a bit too old-fashioned and cheap for cloudy things, but the easy of deployment still helps if you run it on your own server.
I used it for my last Mojolicious API (http://www.fakecall.net) and it's a pleasure to work with.
Anyway, I'll keep it in the back of my mind, maybe I'll try it eventually.
I just ported Robohash to Perl using Mojolicious and Moose. You can see placeholders in action here:
