This is a question for people running real businesses (not side projects). What are some important questions do you think businesses (not just startups) be able to answer? I want questions that are not on the YC application.

Off the top of my head:

1. What's your revenue model

2. What's your business model

3. What's the value you are providing (be tangible)

4. How do you measure this value

5. What measures other than revenue and users indicates you are on the right track

6. How do you know the value is wrong?
