Congress to compel infrastructure operators to report cyberattacks

If they don’t, what’s the penalty? I Hope there are penalties.

It seems like lax law enforcement for big “guys” is a huge problem in finance and tech. It’ll be same for large infrastructure companies and contractor partnerships. They have even more of an reason to not report because there is no disincentive.
