As the role of tech continues to become more of our lives, so does the need for process.

Ultimately, there will be process.

Tech can get in front of that and shape it, or not.

couldn't they already do this? can sue over anything...

It could be years before you get in front of a judge for something stupid like this. and at that point all of the damages are done.
