I loved the talk from Rusty Russel at linux.conf.au 2014, who wrote/implemented the VirtIO spec originally. Some funny stories about how you're "supposed" to make standards and what he did (hint: was't what you were "supposed" to do). Good and entertaining watch. Some good technical detail but also very accessible if you know very little about the topic.
