What seems to have happened is the delta strain has won out against the ones with immune escape. The vaccines work well enough it's just unvaccinated people the are keeping the epidemic going and causing disease and death in vaccinated people. At this point the ethical thing to do if hospital rationing is needed is boot unvaccined covid patients.

I think everyone just needs to get their government mind control, tracking device, sterilization vaccine so we can all move on with our lives... I'd like to be comfortable in a bar again.
