If you are so sure that is the case, just place a bet on one of them to win the Golden Shoe AND the Ballon d'Or or whatever.

At the end of the day, you are sitting down watching multi-millionaries kicking a ball for 90 mins and debating about X is better than Y all day long.

They want this and they have hundreds of millions doing the exact same thing; living in their heads rent-free.

I've certainly never seen evidence that a positive attitude makes a player "significantly better." I'd also point out that team quality has a significantly larger impact on team success than either player's attitude.
