I don’t think this was a purposeful “stunt” by Banksy as the article explores—but Banksy may not particularly care if a rich person looses money trying to buy “his” art.

So it is... the picture "frame", it's pure CSS styling instead of some shopped image right? Well then credit to where it's deserved... bravo to that blackhat for at least having some tasteful sense of aesthetic and compositioning.
There's a good chance this fake Banksty NFT will obtain a high valuation, due to the publicitly surrounding the stunt.
