Cepheid is a leader in the In Vitro Diagnostics space, we had the first EUA PCR COVID test approved last year. We are vertically integrated: from building our own plastic molds and injection molding cartridges for our instruments to designing the software, hardware and wetware for our instruments, there are many opprotunities to work with and on every level of this stack. The Innovation Core serves as a test bed for new technologies and ideas. The team listens to customers to develop Cepheid’s next generation technology. We operate much like a startup inside a large corporation with plenty of funding.
We are currently looking to add a DevOps-like role to our team. Key responsibilities involve developing and maintaining our cloud and physical infrastructure. We're looking for someomne with a passion for automating all the things. We're currently trying to figure out our data situation, and this role will be instrumental in that process as well.
Additionally, we have a few Data Science/Data Engineer positions open on another team that I can refer to.
If any of this sounds like an interesting opportunity, please reach out to me at iain.hartley@cepheid.com
