I lucked into a chance once to see Teller give a full presentation on all of this at an Idea Festival as both an abbreviated history of magic and as a deep dive into Teller's specific processes. Teller said the talk was in part an experiment to see if some tricks the audience would appreciate far more knowing the incredible amount of work and time put into making them seem easy and I thought he pulled that off remarkably well (it was an amazing presentation in many ways), but so far as I know Teller has only given that presentation like twice and has made sure there is no recorded version of it so you'll just have to take my word for it I guess.
