China mounts wave after wave of cyberattacks on Australia

When doing so myself, my first thought was: "Well China has a huge population, their absolute number of script-kiddies must be higher", but that wouldn't account for Eastern Block countries (and also the Neatherlands for us). We should also see more bad-traffic from South America and India.
