Ohio judge orders hospital to treat Covid patient with horse medicine Ivermectin

This is an outright lie, they were not ordered to give anyone "horse medicine". A physician prescribed Ivermectin (approved for humans) and the hospital refused to administer it. The patient's wife sued and the judge ordered them to do it, that's all.
