Encrypted devices unravel knots of worldwide organised crime

Security is still very much not/mis-understood by the general and not-so-general population. A side-loaded e2ee communication app on an off-the-shelf device seems a better bet. I wonder if these 'secure' devices did anything at all other than have known IEMI's.
