Just tried it and it sends without an issue

I suspect they have flagged users that get filtered differently. I've been in comment threads where people say very similar things as myself with all the same keywords and I'll get a message days later about a submission being hidden due to some violations.

I tried it during the election and it didn't work. Have uninstalled it since then so don't know if things have changed.

Seems a bit random. That worked for me and also a 1337x.to link worked but I've had the latter blocked in the past - it's a torrent tracker.

Or are you saying there was a different comment editing incident? If so, that would be big news. He promised not to do it again, so if he did, he's breaking a promise, and I think that would be pretty newsworthy.

Yes. I have commented that they should try https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocaine_(PaaS) but I guess they didn't click the link and then they have altered the meaning of my comment. At that point of time I was aware that Huffman have edited some comments in Reddit in the past, from the news. Thus I was not surprised.

Have you tried contacting anyone about this? Maybe post about it in a subreddit, or talk to a journalist that previously covered the other editing? Or contact reddit pr or an admin?

This seems like a pretty big deal, especially given his previous promise to stop editing comments.

I have posted it in the same subreddit and it received few replies, one of the redditors said that he remembered my original comment. Nothing happened. I did not contact other people becouse I had no proof.

They stopped blocking it shortly after the new year. I've been checking that link every couple months or so.

If it was so common why not provide documented evidence? It would seem like a pretty important thing to document, assuming it actually happened.

After big tech stepped in to ban news articles on Biden selling political influence to foreign nationals most people stopped even considering these kind of things conspiracy.
