I want to buy one but looking at the Amazon Canada listing, it's gonna rack up to $250 + tax

Same in Germany, it's 250 EUR

~ 180 EUR if you order directly from https://midwesttungsten.com. Not sure if it's covers the import tax or not though.

In Germany, you can get your tungsten at Smart Elements

Way more expensive - 120 eur for 1 cm3 cube.

If you are willing to sacrifice a little on the appearance they have 1kg tungsten "ingots" for 99€.
