Cumulative charts such as "Attack rates by vaccination status" do not control for the time-dependent composition of the population by vaccination status. I am not sure what is preventing people from displaying those data per month and within age-group.
Note that people who've had their first shot and people who are not more than two weeks out from their second shot are counted as "unvaccinated".
