No! Indeed. Firefox's UI on Android is built using Android's UI framework and is not rendered by Gecko. Android is one place where Gecko is actually embedded in another UI toolkit (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/GeckoView).

Off topic a bit but I was recently a bit bummed to learn (but not all that surprised) that `about:config` does nothing in FF for Android.
