For a non-programmer I do enjoy using Python to get my work done and automating everything boring under the sun.
However sharing the code with others always seems difficult and fraught with dependency issues. To a non-pro this next level of use feels out of reach.
Are the year-by-year rankings for languages available somewhere in a table? How much weight would you give these vs. TIOBE rankings?
