I've been using Zoho's signature service as part of Zoho One.[0] It's an incredibly good deal for solopreneurs in that model. Signatures is one tiny part of a huge suite for less than $400 usd/yr

I suggest BoldSign. Pricing is economical. It has all the necessary features including API support. Team document management is excellent compared other vendors.
