Apple devices still hitting metrics.icloud.com

My apple devices are constantly hitting metrics.icloud.com. From teh screen grab below, they are second only to metrics collection by whatsapp over a 30 day period [0].

I've confirmed multiple times on every apple device to turn off any analytics & improvements, switch off siri suggestions etc... No effect.

For all their stance on privacy, they sure are trying to collect metrics.

"still" implies they mentioned they weren't doing that?

You're probably right, but I had guessed from this [0] that by unselected these options on each device, no metrics should be sent through.
