Henri becomes a hurricane as it moves toward the Northeast

Turns out it hit all of the northeast except Boston somehow

I'd think twice before saying that. If a hurricane was to ever hit the Houston, TX area, you'd have the mother of all environmental disasters, there are many toxic dumps based in the area.
