What would be the point? Is there any question about whether it will be approved. I don't think this (not bothering with process) is how it should go, but we're past the point of there being any value in spending any energy on this aren't we? What would people like to see happen that they actually think would bring us back to a world of rational decision making?

Full authorization would probably mean it would be included in the VICP.

Adhering to process? Someone wise once told me thepst important customer is the one that comes in right when you're supposed to close Keeps you from slipping down the slope and closing early.

Same thing. You don@t stop following process because it@s annoying, and that customer doesn't walk in. You stick too ick to it because it's how it works.

I wonder how much of this has to do with protectionism than anything else, given that Pfizer has been used for months in other countries.
