At sufficiently high temperatures you overcome all molecular binding energies. The result would be free atoms. Spinning the resulting plasma would separate the atoms by atomic mass.

This is basically a high-temp version of a cracking tower used in the oil industry. The difference is that the temperature is high enough to "crack" anything.
