Is Apple keeping its promises over online OCSP certificate checks?

I find it funny that we seem to have collectively forgotten this was the original privacy red flag.

Not once have I seen this brought up in the recent cp conversation but yes, for over a year now, every application you open on your Mac is logged by Apple.
