Dorris' 200ft flag pole flies an enormous flag. There are 2.67 inches of flag pole per resident. The equivalent flagpole in San Francisco would be 178,372 feet tall.
Having checked out the two other cities in the USA with large flag poles, their populations are >100k . This makes Dorris the most patriotic city in America, with five residents per foot of flag pole.
Counterpoint: represented by two Republicans, alas.
