Take my money. I hate these banners, among the other common GDPR violations.

The banners are not GDPR violation, they are GDPR requirement. Check out the .eu govs own websites!

It's not a case that banner => GDPR compliance.

A site can have a banner and still be in violation, hence Noyb's actions here.
