I love apps that feel slick on the iPhone so here's my list of my top 3 iOS UX designers:

Keegan Jones (@keeg) - Gowalla iPad App - http://keeganjones.com/

Michael Flarup (@flarup) - Outside iPhone App - http://www.robocatapps.com/

Robin Raszka (@robinraszka) - Dribbblr iPad App - http://tapmates.com/index2.html

What are your favorites? Also just apps do great.
