Are Facebook employees required to work from the office now? Seems like it makes more sense to just to continue WFH, if this is the alternative. I'm happy to go back to work, but not if I have to make compromises that would be unnecessary if I just worked from home.
Nothing says in-person collaboration like mask mandates. Why even bother reopening campuses?
