The tweet author, who is currently writing a book on pandemic hysteria, quotes death statistics from a study (
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.07.28.21261159v...) which is not designed to measure prevention of deaths, only severe disease. Basically, nobody died of COVID during this trial, which is probably due to selection bias in deciding to participate in a clinical trial in the first place. I would consider that a misleading tweet.
