Rust on Espressif Chips

summary: "mabez" (Scott Mabin), known for his work on a LLVM backend for the Tensilica xtensa cores that drive the ESP32, has now been contracted by Espressif to enable Rust on all Espressif chips.

A special shout-out to the RISCV ESP32-C3, it's the chip the new esp32-hal crate will initially support, with the other chips to follow.

Espressif is forward looking. Afaik it is leading the pack, while the competition is into crappy C/C++ IDE's, stuck in a hopeless local maximum.
