The general rule of thumb with sites are: Rooftop - taller than the surrounding buildings, flat roof with easy access, power and fiber access, long line of site over population areas and/or beside areas of high concentrated footfall (eg campus, stadia, convention centres) Tower - land that is raised vs the surrounding area, close to a population area or major road network (eg beside an interchange on a highway)
