Had naively hoped the title (“prevent world from hitting 1.5 degree Celsius”) was suggesting unexpected good news (e.g. not reaching a 1.5C rise) rather than reinforcing the apparent impossibility of achieving “only” a 1.5 degree increase (i.e. “prevent world from hitting 1.5C target”).
