At this point, I really think they're going to try bring back mask mandates while blaming the unvaccinated for them. It's already back in LA, and I can't see them going away anytime soon. This is despite the fact that millions who took the vaccines were told that they didn't have to worry about severe symptoms even if they caught covid, and therefore wouldn't have to wear masks.
I wonder how many would have been okay with lockdowns back in March 2020, had they known that eighteen months later we’d decide that “everyone who wants to be vaccinated can be” isn’t a high enough bar to remove them.
