“Tired of Todos”: Real-World GraphQL Ecommerce App via Next/PG/TS/Stripe/Hasura

It's similar to $MAJOR_RETAILER with a management portal. It uses Next.js + Typescript, Postgres, GraphQL (of course with open-source Hasura), self-hosted S3 via Minio and also processes payments with Stripe.
The idea was to try to build a useful reference/learning application, instead of yet another low-effort Todo App/Blog App. We genuinely want people just to be aware it's there as a resource if they want to look at it. Even if you're not using Hasura as part of your API layer, the concepts still map well.
(E-commerce was incidental, it could have been anything. We figured e-commerce was common ground and the domain is familiar to most everyone.)
A lot of care was taken in building this to make sure all of the parts are OSS and self-hostable -- the only exception of course being Stripe. "docker compose up" will start Postgres, Next.js, Hasura, and Minio. You can leave the fake Stripe key in the .env file and the rest of the app minus the checkout button should still work.
