I can’t find any articles that say an actual SWAT team was dispatched. This article and the one it sources both say that police responded to a call. They have stock photos of SWAT teams and they talk about “swatting” but this sounds more like local police rushing to the scene.

The homeowner actually went outside with a gun in hand to confront the police, but they de-escalated the situation without shots fired. The man died of a heart attack from the stress of confronting the police with a gun, not from being attacked by an actual SWAT team.
