"misinformation" these days is anything you don't like to hear and want to suppress

very ironic coming from CNN which spreads actual disinformation 24/7

Misinformation, by definition, is a lie. Twitter is supressing lies. You can call Twitter's behavior un-American or whatever you want, but the speech that's being suppressed is still misinformation.

Science is a (flawed) process, not a source of truth. Glass houses and all.

Flawed but there is peer review and curation involved.

There are peer review rings and curation is a matter of who you know not what you wrote.

"Science"? how is it different from saying "Church"

I really think we are going back to the middle ages, with inquisition tribunals condemning heretics for blasphemous opinions.

If you don't know the difference between "science" (a process and unorganized community of millions of people) and "Church" (an authoritarian theocratic institution with a single leader and a pre-defined ideology) then there's no point in arguing with you.

Assuming good faith and not trolling, HN still can't be a substitute for basic education on a topic.

Absolutely a problem for some things, but not for others. Taylor Greene was tweeting things that are demonstrably, observably false.
