Also you gotta wonder if NSO employees know that their work is being used to target human rights activists, lawyers and journalists. I mean that puts you on the level of ransomware blackhats, maybe even worse right?

At least the "common" thieves are into it for the money, not for the point of murdering journalists and lawyers.

Of course they know. There are no innocents, no civilians. We all live on the battlefield now.
