Could somebody please share a link to the PDF? Sci-Hub is currently not processing new papers. It's a shame.

I unironically love that scihub has become such a default that people don't even notice download buttons on paper pages any more.
Well, often those "Download PDF" signs will turn out to be a dropdown that'll offer you to log in with a subscription or buy the article for $50 as a one-off.
