The FTC has a fair bit of leeway from Congress to regulate anti-competitive behavior. Companies may well decide to force a judge to rule on the limits of FTC's power, but it's not something the President is doing just by waving a magic wand.
May we please add term/age limitis for people in congress/supreme court...
Oh and lets ban insider trading protections for those in congress? Good Idea.
Maybe we should be much more transparent with wealth growth in congress and the government at large, especially when it comes to light that the guy who was supposed to achieve peace in the middle east and his wife made $650 million whilst serving in whatever capacity that was - and the fact that another offspring was allegedly paid $00 million from the chinese, or some $80 million from the russians, depending on who one would like to believe...
So lets take some steps at the top level.
