The established Western order wants war with China because they are not aligned with us.
NBC news, like virtually 100% of American media, supports this agenda.
From CNN to Fox News, war with China is establishment consensus.

It is interesting how nbc news now sells geopolitical opposition to China by pointing out that unifying Taiwan is part of a plan to “make China great again”. How quickly we have gone from any commentary about the dangers of the CCP being Trumpist xenophobic nonsense to using not-so-subtle references to Trump to tar the CCP by association and beat the drums of war.
Who is downvoting you? That’s a fair observation. It’s hard to even figure what the media is even about. It’s so pathological that I can’t even find an angle to this. It’s laughable that the truth could really be that ‘well Trumps gone, so it’s fine to antagonize China again’.
