Being a good looking is actually a good advice.

While you can't be born that way you can surely make yourself less pretty then before due to life choices.

Or better by studying anatomy and dumping money for small fixes w the best surgeons

I feel like that would have a much worse effect/cost ratio than going to the gym and buying nicer clothes.
