Psychedelics promote growth of neural connections lost due to depression

Anecdotally: I've been taking 500mg of psilocybin 3 days a week before sleep. Sleep better/don't wake up in the night, feel more rested in the morning, in a good mood when I wake up/easy to get out of bed.
